Resolving 403 Errors When Accessing the Dashboard

New customers may encounter a 403 error message when attempting to access the dashboard. This occurs because the portal shares access with HubSpot, and Single Sign-On (SSO) is managed through HubSpot.

Cause

The error is typically caused by the system not recognizing your customer domain for authentication purposes.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Contact your customer representative and provide the email address you are trying to log in with.

  2. Your representative will proceed to coordinate the necessary steps to update access permissions and resolve the error.

Once the correct domain is added, you should be able to log in without further issues.
