This release marks two major milestones in proactive policy management. Introducing Policy Drift Notifications and the fully released Compare Policies Tool.

1. Policy Drift Notifications: Stay Informed Automatically

Admins can now opt in to receive email alerts whenever a managed policy drifts and Devicie remediates it back to its intended state.

What’s new:

• Opt-in settings: Configure notifications under Settings → Notifications in the Devicie Portal.

• Team coverage: Add additional recipients to keep everyone informed.

• Actionable details: Each email includes the policy, tenant, change summary, and remediation timestamp.

Catch drift early, maintain compliance automatically, and stay informed without digging through logs.

2. Compare Policies Tool: Now Live for All Users

A powerful new way to compare policies side-by-side—helping you track changes, manage upgrades, and identify configuration drift.

Use cases:

• Compare templates (e.g., CIS 3.0 → CIS 4.0) before upgrading

• Compare a template vs. deployed version to see customizations

• Compare deployed policies across tenants to spot inconsistencies
