Features released to all customers in production

This release is all about helping IT teams and MSPs move from broad visibility to faster action. With a refreshed Overview page, more actionable Modern Work Vitals, and practical reporting improvements, teams can spot gaps sooner and investigate issues with less effort.

1) Overview page refresh

See key fleet signals more clearly at a glance.

We’ve refreshed the Overview page to make important environment insights easier to understand. Active and enrolled device charts are now combined into a single card with clearer operating system context. OS patching and device encryption are now broken down by OS, making it easier to see where gaps exist across Windows, macOS, and mobile. Warranty insights also now show upcoming and expired devices as a percentage of fleet, helping teams understand lifecycle risk earlier.

The result is a more useful at-a-glance view of fleet health, making it easier to prioritize remediation and planning.

2) Modern Work Vitals

Move from health signals to root cause analysis faster.

This update removes abstract scores and replaces them with status counts that better highlight where action is required across devices. Users can now move more directly from an overview of the environment to specific device investigation through Device Spotlight.

Instead of spending time interpreting high-level scores, teams can now identify where problems exist and which devices need attention faster.

3) Practical improvements that add up

Better reporting, better app handling, and smoother day-to-day use.

Users can now upload folders when adding bespoke apps, making it easier to include supporting files required for installation. The Windows OS Patching report now flags unsupported feature versions as Unsupported, helping teams prioritize upgrades that may previously have looked current at a glance. This release also includes quality-of-life portal updates, including better formatting for large values and improved filtering in Device Spotlight.

These updates may be smaller individually, but together they reduce friction and improve day-to-day operational control.
