How to open support cases?

In order to submit a support case login to your Devicie portal and click question mark icon near top right of the screen. There are four types of submissions below there's a brief summary for them. 

SupportCases

🛠️ General Support Case

Use this form to submit a general support request to our team. Typical requests include:

  • Application modifications

  • Assignment or configuration updates

🔄 Need to request application packaging? Please use the Application Packaging form via the other tab. 

📦 Application Packaging Request

Submit this form when you need an application to be packaged and deployed. We’ll need:

  • Details about the application

  • Access to the original installer files

Timely submission of required files will help us accelerate the packaging process. 

🎯 Intune Configuration Changes

Use this form to request changes in your Microsoft Intune environment. You can track progress through the case as it’s handled. Supported requests include:

  • Application assignment updates

  • Autopilot profile modifications

  • Changes to the Enrollment Status Page (ESP)

  • Update ring adjustments 

🚨 Report a Priority Incident

Use this form to report a high-priority incident that is actively impacting users, endpoints, or critical applications. Filing this form triggers an alert to our on-call staff for immediate review and response.
