This release is all about speed-to-clarity: getting a complete picture of device health and productivity signals without bouncing between tools, tabs, and reports. You’ll also see a smoother way to request bespoke app packaging, now built directly into the Devicie portal.

1) Modern Work Vitals (MWV)

Clarity across your device fleet without the report-hopping.

Modern Work Vitals brings key signals into one place, combining:

• Endpoint Analytics (Intune)

• Device telemetry

Instead of stitching together multiple views, you can quickly understand device health across both productivity and security then move from “What’s happening?” to “What should I do next?” with clear status indicators (🟡 attention / 🔴 action).

With MWV, you can:

• Traverse across tenants (ideal for MSPs and multi-tenant teams)

• Go from macro signals (fleet-level) to micro detail (an individual device)

2) Device Spotlight

The full device story everywhere, anywhere.

Device Spotlight brings together the complete device context in one view, including:

• Policies

• Applications

• All three MWV sections

• Telemetry + Intune data

Best of all, you can launch Device Spotlight from any report that includes a device list. Paired with device search, this makes deep device insight accessible from anywhere in the portal, no tab switching, no manual detective work.

3) Bespoke App Request Form

Streamlined bespoke app packaging across tenants, now native in Devicie.

We’ve replaced the legacy form with a built-in portal experience that cuts the back-and-forth and keeps everything in one workflow.

You can now:

• Upload the installer directly in the portal

• Automatically extract app metadata

• Pre-fill packaging details for faster submissions

• Submit cross-tenant requests in a single go so packaging can be applied across multiple tenants at once

The outcome: less friction, less rework, and a faster path from “we need this app” to “it’s packaged and ready.”
